Litz 线是将多条漆包线绞合制成，因此又称 “ 绞线 ” 或 “ 股线 ”，主要 使用在高频线圈。有多种类型的漆包线，可依耐热等级选择适当之线材。

Litz wire is also called “stranded wire” and is mainly used for high- frequency coils. A variety of enamelled conductors are available in response to diverse temperature indices.

◎适用标准：本公司标准。

◎用途：高频变压器、高频用线圈。

●Applications：High-frequency transformers,high-frequency coils.

◎制造范围 Range of manufacture

1. 导体直径：0.03~0.60mm。

2. 线材种类：本公司现行漆包线线材皆可绞合製作。

3. 绞合条数：2~2500 条 ( 依据导体径会有不同 )。

4. 绞合绞距：7~99/ 英呎 ( 依据2  导体径会有不同 )。

5. 绞合断面积：0.035~6.0mm。

◎绞合方法有 1 次绞合、2 次绞合 (n=30 条以上可实施 2 次绞合 )。

1.Conductor Dia.： 0.03~0.60 mm 

2.Insulating film：All of our magnet wires can be stranded as Litz wires. 

3.No. of stranded wires：2~2500 (varies from diameter of conductors).

4.Twist of stranded wires：7~99/ft (varies from diameter of conductors).

 5.Wisted sectional areaea：0.035~6.0mm.

●Concentric, compound and other strand methods are vailable. (Compound strand method can be used when the number of stranded wires is more than 30).
